About Our Employees

At hire, all Ace Equipment Company employees are trained additionally in their respective areas of expertise, whether it be metal fabrication, welding, paint, final assembly, service or installation. Once these employees have completed their training they are formally pronounced part of our BUILT TUFF crew. Basing our environment around our BUILT TUFF motto creates a sense of pride amongst our employees in knowing that they are creating the best compactors and balers on the market, ones that will stand for decades to come.
