Our Factory
At Ace Equipment Company, we believe that a successful business is first built on a strong foundation. Our 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility is constructed using precast concrete with walls that stand 36′. We installed four (4) 20-ton overhead cranes to ensure efficient material handling – as well as 28 1-ton jib cranes to safely move weldments.
Our welding area alone takes up 65,000 square feet. Unlike our competitors, our facility is immaculate and well lit to ensure our employees have an inviting, clean environment to work. Our building represents our commitment to both our employees and our customers. We also know that at the end of the day, efficient production flow and automated manufacturing delivers repeatable, consistent quality.
Our Equipment
We know that in order to build great equipment, it takes great equipment to make the quality of compactors and balers we construct. That’s why we designed our manufacturing process around slot-and-tab construction made possible with the Mitsubishi 10K Laser.
With a price tag of $5 million, we didn’t blink an eye because we demand both the accuracy and the productivity that only this machine could provide. In fact, we process 9 million pounds of steel annually on the Mitsubishi 10K, delivering products with manufactured tolerances of .001.

Our People
From day one, all Ace Equipment Company employees are put through training to ensure that every employee knows both how our equipment is manufactured and the individual elements that differentiate Ace Equipment Company products from our competitors.
Once Ace employees have completed their training, they are formally pronounced part of our BUILT TUFF/BUILT RIGHT team.
